Saving money is one of my favorite hobbies. Similarly, I do not like to spend money on what I believe to be 2nd best, as long as I can afford it of course. I believe if you are using money to buy something or anything, you should absolutely LOVE IT, otherwise you are wasting money, which is one of my least favorite things to do.
Here are some of the best ways to save money with a custom product from my website:
TIP #1. SHIP NOW Beds, Headboards & Wall Panels
If I were in the market for a new bed, headboard or wall panel treatment I would be scouring my website's SHIP NOW page on a daily or at least weekly basis.
On this page you will find all my products finished to perfection and are ready for immediate delivery. Now I offer my customers a product that was everything they were looking for, but at a substantial savings and the immediate delivery is a nice bonus. Usually I mark these products down with at least a 20% savings, and sometimes up to 50% because these are not made completely custom to your specifications. Nevertheless, they are made with the same strict attention to detail and craftsmanship that I demand from every project that I create.
Another nice option with our SHIP NOW beds is that you may still further customize these headboards, bed frames or wall panels to your desired specifications. Feel free to request nailhead trim, add a bed frame or even add wings to a headboard if the design allows. These additional items are at additional cost of course, and do take a few days to complete, but you will still receive your new bed in record time and hopefully well under budget!
TIP #2. WALL PANEL HEADBOARDS - Dramatic Effect
There are a couple simple ways to get the most 'bang for your buck' by ordering upholstered wall panels to create a dramatic effect.
One of the best ways to utilize the upholstered wall panels is to begin mounting the panels at the top of the mattress line. I would consider this the 'dramatic effect'. We can create the look of an entire
wall treatment, without having to install panels behind the mattress and night tables where they would not be seen. But you can span the width of the mattress and night stands (about 12 feet) and go up about 4 feet, which would be over 6 feet tall considering the top of the mattress is over 2 feet high. This option is only 48 square feet and at about $20/square foot for the Rectangular Grid style panels, you can have a dramatic headboard for about $960 + S&H.
Another way to create a dramatic effect with the wall panels is to utilize our more unique designs to give interest and an individualized flare. Styles such as our Random Geometric or Subway Panels can speak volumes of your personal style, and still keep in a relatively smaller footprint. Combine this option with starting the panels at the top of the mattress line, you can complete a luxurious, unique look for under $1200 + S&H.
TIP #3. A GREAT FABRIC CAN GO A LONG WAY
A simple headboard design with a fabric that makes a statement can be all you need to get the custom bed, headboard or wall panel you are wanting to complete your space. My simple style
headboards start at under $600.00 + S&H. With the right fabric you can make a big statement with your custom piece, without breaking the bank.
TIP #4. INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
Standard orders are paid in 2 equal payments. A 50% deposit to place the order, and the balance is due at completion. However, upon request we can break the cost down into smaller payments over a longer period of time. As this may not actually lower the overall cost of your order, it will lessen the burden by allowing payments to be made in smaller amounts. For example if you get paid twice per month and want to apply a payment once per month, we can do this. I have stretched payments out for clients for up to 6 months so they could afford the bed they always wanted, and will be happy to do the same for any one who would like to do the same.
