HOW TO ORDER

1. REQUEST QUOTE

Send your custom requests including pictures, links and descriptions to best communicate what exactly you are wanting to order.

Your Quote will include:

Custom Order Detail
Pictures and/or Sketches if necessary
Line Item Detail of Pricing
Total Delivered Price, Lead Time & Order Terms

Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) by:

1. Quote Request Form on any Product Page

2. Send a Message form at page bottom

2. PLACE ORDER

Upon your approval of details, terms and pricing supplied in Quote, orders may be placed with a 50% deposit. The balance is due upon completion, after you approved and love the photos of your order.

To Place Order:

An Invoice will be emailed upon your request to pay the deposit and place your order.

At Completion:

We will email the invoice for the remaining balance and the order will ship 1-2 business days after final payment is made.

We can work with your specific desired delivery time to ensure your order does not arrive too early or too late.

3. FABRIC SAMPLES

Fabric & Material samples are sent free of charge with each order to confirm selection.

Samples are sent via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail to ensure efficient production times.

We recommend looking at the fabric in the room the furniture will be going to best see how the lighting in the room will work with your new choice.

Samples may be purchased without a placed order for a $20 fee that will go toward the purchase price when the order is placed.

Up to 10 Fabric/Material samples will be included with each order.

LEAD TIME:
16-20 WEEKS

Current standard lead time for most orders is 16-20 weeks from the date the order is placed. Rush Service lead times may be available to receive in 8-10 weeks from order date, with an additional Rush Service Fee.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via Freight Carrier. A delivery appointment will be made to confirm with client ahead of time for residential deliveries. Delivery is curbside delivery with liftgate service. White glove delivery by request, at additional cost.
